The School of Business Foote Fellow Program

Meet Foote Fellow Riva Trivedi

Business degree candidates with the Foote Fellow designation represent the most academically talented and driven students in the School of Business Administration. As such, they are typically the most motivated to both envision and manage their own academic and professional outcomes. The Foote Fellow program in the School of Business celebrates that instinct for authenticity and high achievement, facilitates it with an array of established experiences and benefits, and enhances it annually with unique, emerging opportunities.

Central to the Business Foote experience are cohort courses and experiences, and individualized advising and mentorship. Together, these features allow for both a high level of personalization in the undergraduate experience and frequent exposure to similarly motivated and accomplished classmates and upper class Fellows. Simply put, Business Footes have the maximum degree of academic freedom and the highest level of access to resources and distinctive experiences available to undergraduate business students at the University of Miami.

In addition to access to Books That Matter and other highly sought after advanced interdisciplinary seminars, individual counselling for prestigious scholarships and awards such as the Rhodes and Fulbright scholarships, and other University benefits offered to all Foote Fellows, Fellows in the School of Business enjoy the following advantages.
